Enter your customer's testimonial. I read this book just before Christmas which was very apt considering the theme of the book. It is a super read in particular as the author appears to have just finished his first book. I am not into sci-fi at all but this is very mild in terms of sci-fi and there certainly a mixture of genres in this book. I don't want to spoil the book but it is fair to say he won't be beatified anytime soon by the church and excommunication can't be ruled out!! The storyline is really clever and explored in a very witty, funny manner. It is very well researched as I double-checked some of his biblical references. It is a book I would recommend to anyone as it moves at a really good pace and it is hard to put it down as the chapter endings want you to move on to see what happens next. I look forward to his next novel as he says that some of the characters/storylines will continue. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and is a must read for adults of any age. Superb first book from this author.
